Mashed Cannabis Cauliflower
1 Cauliflower Head
3 tbsp Milk
2 tbsp Cannabis Butter
2 tbsp Light Sour Cream or Cream Cheese
¼ tsp Garlic Salt
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Separate the cauliflower into florets and discard the core.
Bring 2 cups of water to a simmer in a pot, then add the cauliflower. Cover and turn the heat to medium. Cook the cauliflower for 12-15 minutes or until very tender.
Drain and discard all of the water, drier cauliflower is better, and add milk, canna butter, sour cream or cream cheese, salt and pepper and mash with a potato masher until it resembles mashed potatoes in consistency and top with chives.
