½ cup raw cacao or cocoa powder
½ cup Mighty Fast canna coconut oil
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup salted pistachios, shelled
1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
After infusing coconut oil in The Mighty Fast Herbal Infuser, set aside ½ cup to cool. Using 1-2 teaspoons of Mighty Fast canna coconut oil, lightly grease a small baking dish on bottom and up sides. Place cacao powder, canna coconut oil and maple syrup into medium sized pan. Warm over medium low heat until well combined. Remove from heat and add dried cranberries and salted pistachios. Using a rubber spatula, scoop out mixture and spread along greased baking dish. Place in refrigerator for up to an hour or until mixture is solid. Using a dull knife, break bark into pieces. Good luck not eating all of this in one sitting!
