I love shortbread cookies. Not too sweet with a buttery crunch is what my cookie choice is. I was at the White Rabbit High Tea and on the table was a lovely Metal Gold box and wrapped in side was a package of shortbread cookies.
This flavor was a romantic pairing of Rose Pistachio. At 10 mg of infusion I asked to split it with a new friend, and I had a wonderful bite of light butter crunchy flavorful shortbread artisanal cookie that I had not experienced in edibles before.
The hand crafted care that this cookie had was simply incredible and I felt that the Mad Hatter had taken my my breath away. For the rest of the tea party, I wanted to taste each of the flavors I could find of this baked goodness. Lemon Chamomile and Chocolate Earl Grey Sea Salt flavors I shared with other cookie converts.
