Within the City’s new regulatory program, businesses must have either Temporary Approval or a License to engage in commercial cannabis activity. Note: The Department of Cannabis Regulation is currently working to issue Temporary Approvals to Existing Medical Marijuana Dispensaries who qualify for “Prop M Priority Processing”.
