These tinctures couldn’t have come at a better time for me. With all of the rain, and rapid fluctuations in the weather, my body is confused and angry. I have two different tinctures to try. One to help with sleep, and the other is indicated for muscle tension and spasms. These are a little different from other CBD tinctures I’ve tried because they also contain different herbs to assist the efficacy of the advertised effects.
The first tincture I tried was Hercules. This one is for muscle spasticity. Not only does it’s contents include CBD, but passionflower, skullcap, and chamomile. Passionflower is known to help with rest. Skullcap will help alleviate nerve exhaustion and muscle tension. Chamomile reduces inflammation and discomfort. The herbs also give it a more pleasant taste. I still use the tincture in combination with smoking flower for the aurora effect. This was without a doubt the winning combination for me. In about a half hour, I was no longer stuck in a perpetual spasm. Sometimes it’s just nice to be able to relax.
Hypnos is the other tincture I’m using at night time to combat insomnia. I take it sublingually along with smoking indica. It really works for me. This tincture includes 3 different herbal allies. Chamomile is to give you a better nights sleep. Lemon Balm is like a sedative that slows your brain function so that you can rest. Hops apparently isn’t just for beer, it also improves the quality of your sleep.
These tinctures are unique and familiar. The packaging has enough information to satisfy any curiosity you may have to make an informed decision on which variety will aid you best. After using these for more than a week, I’m compelled to recommend them.
