Herb Crusted Chicken

Edible's Magazine Recipe Herb Crusted Chicken

Ingredients:
4-2 oz Chicken breast
1 cup panko
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1/8 tsp dried parsley
1/8 tsp dried thyme
1/8 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp red pepper flake
4 tbsp cannabis infused olive oil
1 tsp butter
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions:
Lay out chicken breast and pat dry with paper towel. In a small bowl mix all dry ingredients together. Set aside. In a shallow bowl beat egg whites and 1 tsp water. Coat chicken in bread crumb mixture, then egg mixture, and back into the bread crumb mixture. Heat a medium sized frying pan, and add cannabis infused oil. Place chicken into oil and cook on each side until internal temperature is 165 degrees. Remove from heat, place on a cooling rack and enjoy!
