Canna Corn Bread

1 egg
1 1/2 cup milk
2 cups yellow cornmeal
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/3 cup canna oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly coat a 12-cup muffin tin with canna oil. In a large bowl, combine milk, canna oil, egg, sugar and salt. Once your liquid mixture is completely incorporated slowly mix in baking powder, cornmeal, and flour. Mix well. Spoon batter into muffin cups. Bake muffins 18 to 20 minutes, or until golden. Serve warm.
