Ingredients:
4 cups napa cabbage, sliced thin
1 tbsp extra virgin canna olive oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup carrots, grated
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 medium clove garlic, pressed
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 cup diced bell peppers (your choice of red, yellow, and/or green)
Seasame seeds for garnish
4 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded or cut into cubes
Instructions:
In a bowl mix canna olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Then add cilantro. In another bowl toss cabbage, peppers, carrots and chicken. Mix dressing in. Top off with seasame seeds to garnish and Bon Appetite!
