Ingredients:
2 cups cherry tomatoes
2 cups diced cucumber
1 cup diced red bell pepper
¼ sliced olives
¼ cup diced red onion
3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
½ tsp dried oregano
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
3 tbsp Pot d’Huile cannabis olive oil
Mix together all of the vegetables in a large bowl then gently mix in the cheese. Drizzle with vinegar and oil and toss all together. Season with salt and pepper.
