Ingredients:
4 cups Flour
½ cup of Mystery Baking Co. 300mg CannaButter
¼ cup of shortening
1 tablespoon of yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
4 cups of water
½ cup milk
Instructions:
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar in lukewarm water; let stand for 5 minutes until it turns frothy. Add butter, salt, and flour, slowly add milk, then add enough water to form a soft dough. (Use your hands to mix or a bread/standing mixer) Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. It shouldn’t stick to your hands, once it’s done. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour. After the dough rests, Preheat oven to 375. Punch dough down; Divide into 2 or 4 even portions and roll into 5 inch wide , long rectangle. Cut into triangles, width-wise so that the pieces are 5 inches each. From the wide base of the triangle, put down your sausage and roll gently. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack and enjoy.
