Blazed Baked Salmon

6 (5 oz) Salmon fillets
4 cloves garlic, diced
1 tbsp white wine
1 tbsp cannabis honey
1/3 cup Balsamic vinegar
4 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh oregano
1/2 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Coat a small saucepan with olive oil. Cook garlic on medium heat until you can smell it. Mix in white wine, cannabis honey, balsamic vinegar, mustard and salt & pepper. Simmer uncovered for 3 minutes until slightly thickened. Place salmon baking sheet and brush with Balsamic glaze and sprinkle with oregano. Bake for 10 – 14 minutes or until flesh flakes easily with fork. Brush fish with remaining glaze and serve.
