OMGoodness, OMGoodness, I don’t even know where to begin, this cookie is so ridiculously good.Seriously when I say I love lemon cookies, I really mean it, so to be honest I’ll say that I went into the bite unconvinced I would actually like the taste. White chocolate macadamia nut cookies are my new favorite sin, so again I wasn’t sure the medicated version could uphold my current expectations. Not only was I wrong but I was so thankful that I was. This cookie tasted like it was passed down from generation to generation. Like someone’s Grandma finally gave up the goods, and then they found a way to take it up a notch by adding cannabis. The cookie is perfectly soft, moist, and delicious. Absolutely zero THC taste throughout or after the bite. The 40mg dosage is the perfect amount because I guarantee you will want to eat the whole thing. The packaging and branding are exceptional as well, and they tell you the lab company that tested each batch right on the back. Not only that, they even go the extra mile by including a warning card with each cookie. The luck of the Irish meets the luck of the plant, and magic happened ladies and gentlemen. All in all standing ovation to Derby Bakery for knocking it completely out the park with this exceptional lemon cookie.
