Ingredients:
8oz Green beans
2tbsp cannabis infused coconut oil
½ cup coconut milk
1tsp dried Shitake mushroom
1tbsp garlic powder
1tbsp onion powder
1tsp shallot (diced into small pieces)
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
In a medium pan add green beans, dried shitake mushroom, shallots and coconut milk. Bring to a light boil, on medium heat, cover and cook for 10 minutes until tender. Remove beans from stock and place in cold ice water to stop cooking. Strain and set aside. Add to the remaining stock garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper, and cannabis infused coconut oil. Return to heat and bring the liquid to a light simmer for 5 minutes. Return beans to sauce. Spoon liquid over beans to coat them. Plate and enjoy!
