1 cup orzo
1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas,
thawed and drained
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup sliced onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 jar (4 ounces) Clean Healing cannabis-infused marinara sauce
1 jar (16 ounces) regular marinara sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/4 pound large shrimp, cleaned
2 tablespoons lemon juice.
2 ounces feta cheese
lemon slices, for garnish
Cook orzo following package directions. When almost done, stir in peas. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add onion and garlic; cook for 3 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in both cannabis infused and non-infused marinara sauce, dried oregano and black pepper. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in lemon juice. Spoon shrimp and sauce over the orzo. Crumble cheese over the top. Garnish with lemon slices.
