2 boxes of preferred stuffing mix
1 cup of dripping from a turkey that had a canna butter rub
1 can of chicken stock
3 celery stalks finely chopped
½ cup of onion finely chopped
3 tablespoons of canna butter*
*For some recipes like this one, I prefer using canna butter over canna oil simply for the flavor.
Pre-Heat: 350 degrees
Bake: 35 minutes
Yield: Stuffing a whole turkey
Empty your stuffing bread into a medium sized casserole dish and set aside. Put a large pot on the stove and place the flame at a medium heat. Add the drippings and chicken stock and bring to a simmer. Add the canna butter, onions and celery. Bring the ingredients to a boil and turn off. Slowly incorporate the drippings mix into the stuffing bread until all the bread saturated. You can either add the stuffing into a turkey for roasting, or bake into a casserole dish for 35-40 minutes. Add cranberries for a sweet twist.
