That special time of year is here again, it’s time for The Holidaze! Whatever you happen to celebrate we have collected together a nice little set of dank dishes perfect for the season to be stoned. These comforting and delicious recipes are sure to put even the grinchiest in the mood for the holiday fun. Classics here include infused versions of traditional homemade Chex Mix as well as how to prepare an entire goose, with cannabis! Chillin’ Chex Mellow Mix
¾ cup Cannabis Butter or Infused Coconut Oil
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1¼ tsp Seasoned Salt
¼ tsp Garlic Salt
½ cup Goldfish Crackers (Optional)
2 cups Wheat Chex Cereal
2 cups Rice Chex Cereal
2 cups Corn Chex Cereal
1½ cups Peanuts, Pecans or Cashews
1½ cups Small Pretzel Rods
Preheat oven to 275° F.
Melt half of the cannabis butter or coconut oil in a shallow pan over low heat. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and garlic salt (don’t use garlic powder).
Combine the Wheat Chex, Rice Chex, nuts (peanuts, pecans or cashews), goldfish crackers and pretzel rods in a large bowl and drizzle with the butter mixture. Mix with a large spoon until all of the pieces are evenly coated with the seasoned butter mixture.
Place the mixture on a shallow baking pan with sides. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes so the mix is evenly toasted.
Drizzle remaining butter or oil over finished product and let cool.
