Honey Granola Pears in Bourbon Butter Sauce

Edible's Magazine Recipe - Honey Granola Pears in Bourbon Butter Sauce

2tsp sugar
2tsp Cannabutter
¼ cup heavy cream
¼ tsp vanilla extract
2tsp Bourbon
2 pears sliced
2tbsp honey granola
1tsp brown sugar
Pinch of salt

In a small saucepan add Cannabutter and sugar. Using low heat, stir mixture until melted and smooth. Add heavy cream, vanilla, and Rum. Continue cooking to slightly thicken. Add sliced pears to mixture and cook for 5 mins. Next rub (plain) butter into 2 small ramekins. Sprinkle in honey granola to coat the bottom. With a fork remove pears and place them over granola. Drizzle half of the butter sauce over each dish. Top with brown sugar and more Honey granola. Place pears in a preheated oven on broil and bake until brown sugar is melted and top slightly browned.
