January’s dish of choice was something every LA native is very well-versed in, chicken & waffles. Yep, I’ll let that sink in… Let me reiterate, these are medicated chicken & waffles.
These chicken & waffles were even more delicious than what you are currently imagining. The waffles were soft and fluffy. The chicken was hot, crispy and juicy – not dry, which is hard to do. The butter, syrup and hot sauce were all amazingly infused with cannabis as well! Oh K-Town, you have spoiled me for all other chicken & waffle places. They honestly give Roscoe’s a run for their money, plus everything is infused with cannabis, so I suppose technically K-Town > Roscoe’s!
The Edibles ‘R’ Us condiment line is delicious and actually look/taste like what they are supposed to – unlike other medicated sauce lines in the market. Their maple syrup and butter is outstanding. The hot sauce is the perfect spicy blend to pull the meal together.

A little birdie told us that February’s event will be just as amazing as the chicken & waffles. This time the geniuses behind Edibles ‘R’ Us are whipping up infused Chinese food! Egg Rolls, Fried Rice, Orange Chicken or Beef & Broccoli, oh my! Edibles ‘R’ Us by KoreaTown Collective has a track record of providing excellent meds and if I was a betting woman, I’d bet that the medicated Chinese food will be nothing short of amazing.
