Cannabis Infused Baked Sausage "Risotto"

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 pound crumbled hot Italian sausage,
skin removed
8 ounces mixed sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups Arborio rice
1/2 cup white wine
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) beef broth
1 jar (4 ounces) Clean Healing infused marinara sauce
1 jar (16 ounces) regular marinara sauce
2 cups hot water
1 cup frozen green peas
1/4 teaspoon each salt and black pepper
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup shredded fresh basil

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large oven-safe pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, crumbled hot Italian sausage, and mushrooms. Saute 6 minutes. Add Arborio rice; cook 1 minute. Add white wine and cook 1 minute. Add broth, add both cannabis infused and non-infused marinara sauce, water, peas, salt and black pepper. Bring to a simmer. Cover; bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. To serve, stir in Parmesan cheese and shredded fresh basil.
